45 minute session $60
This session focuses on creating the mind and muscle connection for one main area of concern.
The session includes:
postural analysis (including "before" photo and demonstration of the area of concern);
muscle reading and functional assessment;
creating mind and muscle cooperation for the key muscle (including "after" photo if applicable); and
follow up exercises for that key muscle.
A 90 minute session can be booked if you would like to focus on multiple areas of the body within the one booking.
WHAT TO EXPECT DURING A SESSION
A Mind and Muscle Cooperation session is a gentle process requiring no strenuous movement or overt physical activity. All movements are fully supported and guided by your practitioner.
We recommend bringing a water bottle and wearing clothes that you can move in without restriction (clothing does not need to be removed).
